Teaching Artist Francesca Scalici has been baking as long as she can remember. Francesca started baking in her childhood home, both because she enjoyed the process, but more so the end product. For 10 years, she ran Francesca’s Kitchen from her home, baking and designing custom cookies for baby showers, birthdays, weddings and just about any special event you can imagine. Since then, she has worked at various bakeries around town and is excited to share her icing tips and tricks!
