Nurse or Staff Member?

1. 1. Select “AdHoc” at the top of the screen
   2. Search and select your patient
   3. Click the “Referral”  folder
   4. Click the “Referral, Arts in Medicine” check box
   5. Click the “Chart”  button (on the bottom left)
   6. Complete the top portion of the referral form
   7. Sign using the green check mark (top right)

Visits are most successful when patients are first asked if they would like AIM services. This helps ensure our time and resources are focused on patients who understand the program and are interested in participating.

AIM services are provided on a limited basis. Once a patient expresses interest, visits are typically scheduled within 48–72 hours.

1. Open the Orders Catalog
2. Search for and select the “Arts in Medicine” order
3. Select “Referral”
4. Check the “Referral, Arts in Medicine” box
5. Indicate “Reason for Referral” from provided options
6. Submit Consult
