
Chamber Music at AEIVA: Voices of Women
Join us at AEIVA on Thursday, February 6 at 5:30 p.m. for the return of Chamber Music!
Presented by the UAB Department of Music in collaboration UAB’s Abroms-Engel Institute for the Visual Arts, and curated by Kristine Hurst-Wajszczuk, Professor of Voice and Associate Dean of the UAB Honors College.
This concert, titled “Voices of Women” will feature music by women, sung by women. Music by Alma Mahler, Clara Schumann, Cécile Chaminade, Libby Larsen, and Chiara Margarita Cozzolani, B.E. Boykin, Margaret Bonds, Julia Perry, and Irene Britton Smith

Alexis Davis-Hazell, Lara Wilson, and Elizabeth Fisher, mezzo-sopranos
Yakov Kasman, Chris Steele, and Rosalyn W. Floyd, pianists
