Arts After Hours: Arts Member-Exclusive Events AIM After Hours

Need a break after a long day? Join UAB Arts in Medicine (AIM) and visual artist Annie Butrus, poet Salaam Green, and violinist Haleigh Black for an evening designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect through collaborative creativity. AIM enhances health and wellness in healthcare and community settings through the arts and creative expression.

Guests will be immersed in a shared creative experience that unites visual art, music, and poetry to explore the power of collective expression for Annie’s Color Response Project. Together, we’ll discover what unfolds when imagination and collaboration converge—one group, one space, one inspired moment. No prior experience is necessary; simply bring your curiosity and a spirit of participation. (Note: To participate, you must be a current Arts Member.)

AIM After Hours is a brand-new members-only recurring event that lets our members explore their artistic side, meet fellow creatives, and experience the power of art in a whole new way. Members are welcome to bring a guest at no additional cost. Space is limited for this event, and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
