If this is your first time buying tickets online from AlysStephens.org, you will need to create a new account. Once you have selected the performances of your choice, you will be prompted to create your account before checkout.

If you have purchased tickets in the past, an account has already been created for you. Your login is now your email address, but you will need to reset your password.

Refunds / Exchanges 

Subscribers my exchange subscription tickets for any other ASO concert in the 2019-2020 season, excluding special events. This service is provided FREE of charge, unless you are exchanging into a higher-priced event or section. While exchanges are subject to availability, all efforts will be made to get your same seats or better. Tickets may be easily exchanged for another ASO concert up to 48 hours before a performance. If you do not know of another concert you would like to attend at the time of your exchange, a credit in the amount of the tickets’ value will be applied to your ASO account to be used before the end of the season. No refunds will be offered. No exchanges will be honored after a concert has passed.
