Roscoe is a native of Chicago with intense southern roots. He received his BFA in Photography from the University of San Diego, San Diego, CA, in 2003 and his MFA in Art History from the Savannah College of Art & Design, Savannah, GA, in 2008. Pursuing his education lured him to the West Coast and through Coastal Georgia, New York, and the Pacific Northwest. He now lives and works in Birmingham with his wife Emily and their two children, where he is represented by Scott Miller Projects.
