
Mental Health Monday Music Therapy: Stories & Strategies for Coping
Music Therapy can be used in many different settings to assist with the improvement of mood, decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression and providing coping skills for patients. In this presentation, you will hear from three music therapists on their experiences working with patients to reach these goals among others. This session will also provide insight into how music can be used in everyday life to promote positive mental health outcomes.
