Grades 5-12 MTA: Ballet Hispánico
Ballet Hispánico is celebrating more than 45 years of bringing individuals and communities together to celebrate and explore Latino cultures. Their performance will delight students with a program of works by Latina choreographers that explores iconic Mexican symbols, flamenco dance and guitar, and contemporary Latin identity. Pulling from traditional, folkloric, and contemporary art forms, their dance works illustrate the multitude of influences present within any given identity and culture.
