ArtPlay's Lunch & Learn Series Lunch & Learn: Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum

Join us over Zoom during your lunch hour to learn more about the history of bluegrass music! Featuring a live bluegrass performance and presentation on the history of bluegrass music by Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum’s Education Director Randy Lanham and Tech Director Blythe Dalhem, this educational program is in promotion with Steep Canyon Rangers’ upcoming performance at the Alys Stephens Center on February 8, 2024.

Located in Owensboro, Kentucky and just a few miles from the homeplace of “Father of Bluegrass” Bill Monroe, the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum is dedicated to celebrating and preserving the history of bluegrass music. In addition to housing the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Hall of Fame, their state-of-the-art cultural center also features a variety of interactive exhibits, concerts, jam sessions, music lessons, and events.
