Community Yoga Class: Power Vinyasa Flow with Shawn Galin

Start your week of right with yoga in the green, every Monday in April. Each week will feature a different yoga form, taught by a Birmingham-based yoga instructor. This week, Shawn Galin will teach Power Vinyasa, a rhythmic, energetic, and playful type of yoga that has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate, and advanced students to be challenged through various postures and movements. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building flow combined with breath work to awaken strength, energy, and flexibility. Bring your own yoga mat (or towel). No previous experience required.
