Virtual Mental Health Monday Art Therapy for Trauma
Join art therapists Valerie Hanks, Dr. Christianne Strang, and Dr. Patricia Isis for a conversation about the use of art therapy to address trauma. Evidence shows that the use of art therapy can help people with trauma by providing a non-verbal outlet for expressing and processing difficult emotions, reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, and improving overall mental health.
