Mental Health Monday Addiction Recovery: A Path Toward Healing @ 6p
In honor of Addiction Recovery Month, join us for this month’s Virtual Mental Health Monday on September 21 at 6pm CT.
Each of our guests has a unique relationship with addiction, recovery and creativity, and actively works to increase awareness of the disease. In this VMHM we will dispel myths surrounding addiction and substance use disorder, hear personal stories of strength and resilience, talk about the role of creativity in healing, and learn about local resources for treatment and support.
Please contact Lauren Edwards with any questions (laurenme@uab.edu).
