Conference Powered by Girls

The conference will focus on building self-esteem and exploring careers in the arts and sciences. “Powered By Girls” conference presenters are prominent female leaders, scientists, and representatives from girl-centric organizations. To celebrate Jane Goodall’s legacy, we will also have speakers from the Birmingham Zoo.

Each participant will receive a pair of complimentary tickets to the “Me…Jane: The Dreams and Adventures of Young Jane Goodall” performance on March 9th at 2:00pm at the Alys Stephens Center. “Me…Jane: The Dreams and Adventures of a Young Jane Goodall” musical captures the life of young Jane Goodall and will be performed by the Kennedy Center Theater.
