Intermediate Hand - Sewing

Teaching Artist Lillis Taylor

Have you tried your hand at embroidery or cross-stitch? Have you made a quilt or two? If you’ve got a love for fabrics and hand work and you are savvy with the principles of sewing, you are ready to turn your skills into a work of art. In this class, you will create a wall-hanging using fabric-folding, appliqué, Sashiko and other textile techniques. Turn those long-lost home-ec skills into unique fiber art in this six-week class.
