Creativity is a means for personal expression, understanding and appreciation for yourself. Through artistic expression, this parent and child class creates a space for self-knowledge, self-appreciation and community, and sets a foundation for a lifetime of personal acceptance. Through painting, poetry, stories and games, this class is an exploration of yourself (both parent and child), who you are, what you love and how to recognize and build community to support that without getting caught in measuring up, comparison, or competition. We’ll create trust through cooperation and support, and we’ll give time and space to imagine what’s possible when our dreams come trye! At the end, you’ll have a beautiful journal of your works of personal expression to always remind you.

Artist Bio:

After a successful 17-year career at a prestigious law firm in New York, Jenny-Rebecca Lewis embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery and spiritual exploration. Returning to her roots in Alabama, she delves into the beauty of her soul and lineage, uncovering her true life’s purpose. Through her art, writing, teaching, and community-building, Lewis inspires and supports others in their journey toward self-love and personal growth.
