Charles Henry

Charles F. Henry was most recently the Choral Director at Mountain Brook High School, having previously taught at Pinson Valley High School and Spain Park High School. While teaching, Charles was the musical director for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Somethings Afoot, Legally Blonde, Pippin, Hairspray, and Once Upon a Mattress and played keyboard with the live orchestras. Charles has taken choirs to perform in Carnegie Hall as well as the Alabama Music Educators’ Winter Conference. Charles is a cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Vocal/ Choral Music. Charles is currently pursuing the Master’s of Music in Choral Conducting at the Hodgson School of Music at the University of Georgia and is scheduled to graduate in the Spring of 2021.
